TOS

- Commissions are not first-come, first-served. I will accept a commission based on my current workload and circumstances, as well as if I am capable of doing the design justice.- I maintain the right to decline a commission, and to cancel at any time prior to payment.- I will not refund the commission once I have started work. However, if for any reason I am unable to complete the commission, I will refund you based on the progress of the piece as well as provide the incomplete files.- All prices will be based on design & complexity and may be subject to additional fees. Once the final price has been decided, please do not haggle.- Visual references, especially for OCs, are required! You can create a reference using a picrew, dress-up, or shitty MS Paint doodle. Only providing written descriptions or stock images will incur an additional cost or have a lower chance of being selected. A brief description of their personality will be appreciated but isn't necessary.- Pose and environment references are also appreciated.- For fanart, please provide good character references, especially if they have multiple/different appearances!- Whether or not I post the artwork on my social media and/or portfolio is up to my discretion. If you would prefer not to be tagged or for the artwork to not be uploaded, please let me know beforehand. You are free to upload the artwork yourself.

Usage Rights

- I retain the rights to all commissioned artwork. You are free to use the artwork for personal purposes (icons, wallpapers, etc.) or as gifts for friends, but must be credited if reposted online.- You are free to slightly alter (color editing, overlaying, different backgrounds, etc.) commissioned artwork for personal use.- Usage of artwork for NTS / Non Fungible Tokens, blockchains, or generative AI is strictly prohibited.- For streaming purposes: Subject to +10% of the base price as a commercial usage fee. Credit/Links back to social media appreciated.- For commercial purposes: Negotiable. A written agreement must be formed beforehand for commercial rights to the artwork. This includes the rights to sell, trade, create and mass produce merchandise of, or otherwise profit off of my artwork. Credit/Links back to social media appreciated.- For roleplay/other purposes: No additional fees incurred, but visible credit to my social media is required on your page/site.

Commission Process

Do not send me payment before contacting me. If you submit a payment without any details, I will consider it a donation. Excluding Ko-Fi mini commissions, please do not just send me payment by yourself, I will invoice you.

- Once I have received all necessary details, I will confirm your commission status and send you a rough sketch. This is where you can make any changes to the pose, composition, details, etc.- Feel free to specify the rendering style based on any artwork I've done before. e.g., cell/soft shaded, sharp/thick lines, eye style, etc. I'll adjust the style according to your preference, or you can leave it up to me.- Once the sketch and composition has been confirmed, I will not provide any more changes, so please be sure in your final decision. Edits on the final artwork such as mistakes made on my behalf (incorrect color, missed feature, etc.) will be allowed. Anything beyond that will be charged extra.- Final price will be decided and I will send you an invoice. I generally won't begin working unless full payment has been received.- If there is no payment or response from the commissioner for several weeks, the order will be cancelled, and a new order placed afterwards from the same client will be placed at lowest priority.- I won't provide progress wips unless to asked for beforehand, so please specify in your email or form how often you would like me to update you!- The final hi-res unwatermarked artwork will be sent to the e-mail you contacted me with/provided.- If the piece is a character with a simple background, I will send you a transparent png for free. Any other working files will incur additional fees.- I will not send wips for Ko-Fi mini commissions. I will start work as soon as the commission has been paid for.

- Other social media, email, etc., I can contact you at if necessary
- Commission description (please include style, cropping, is it animated, etc.)
- Visual references (You may link me an Imgur or Google Drive folder)
- Written information about the character, if necessary.
- Any other details you'd like me to keep in mind.

Please keep in mind that these are BASE prices for one character. Final prices will differ depending on the complexity of the character design and/or background and may be subject to additional fees.Things that can contribute to detail: complicated jewelry/clothing, lace, weapons, fur/feathers, detailed architecture/backgrounds, a lot of plants

♡ Animation ♡

Not including: Simple blinking and/or line boil will be charged $5-$10+ to the prices of the flat images shown above.Prices are dependent on character design, style, and complexity of the animation. Let's discuss first to see what I can do for you!

Fake manga page: Minimum $30 per page
Fake screenshot / render: Minimum $50Price may vary depending on how complicated the piece is, & how many characters there are.Price may be higher for ocs / characters that have not appeared in the anime.
